Job Title: Quality Compliance Lead
Location: Evesham
Salary: Up to 34k
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday-Friday
A global leading manufacturing company are recruiting for a Quality Compliance Lead. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance within the organisation between both of their Worcestershire sites,
Key responsibilities include:
"Leading and providing support to the Quality Manager in conducting internal and external audits.
"Managing and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS).
"Overseeing supplier claims, traceability, and food safety training
"Assisting in compliance with legislative requirements related to food safety and supplier relationships.
"Supporting defect investigations to meet site and customer requirements.
"Administering and ensuring compliance with various systems and procedures.
"Generating reports and statistical data to support quality assurance initiatives.
"Collaborating with the Quality Manager to prepare for and during regulatory audits.
"Auditing compliance systems and procedures.
"Investigating and resolving issues related to supplier materials.
"Preparing traceability reports as needed.
"Facilitating communication with suppliers to ensure compliance and timely resolution of claims.
"Pursuing and securing payments for claims with suppliers.
"Ensuring all quality and hygiene system requirements are met.
Qualifications & Experience:
"Certification in Internal Auditor training.
"Demonstrated knowledge of accredited standards such as BRC/ISO.
"BRC experience essential
"External audit experience essential
"Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality-related roles.
"Preferred Lead Auditor certification.
"Understanding of environmental permits.
