Job Title: Quality Coordinator
(Night Shift) Location: Glasgow
Contract: Permanent
Closing Date: 6th May 2024
Hours of work – Part Time 28.5 hours per week (£25, 745.02pa + Shift allowance) We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team for a night shift position. The shifts will primarily be on Sundays from 11pm to 5.30am, and the other nights will be from 12am to 5.30am. As part of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our facility during the late hours.The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.If you thrive in a nighttime work environment and are interested in this opportunity, please apply with your resume. This position requires comfort in handling complex data, extracting key improvement points, and aligning the team towards their achievement. Exceptional communications are crucial in developing and maintaining robust relationships.The successful candidate will thrive in a busy and demanding setting, capable of distinguishing between important tasks and urgent matters, while effectively planning for the future. About you The successful applicant will ideally have previous experience in a similar function, demonstrating excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Demonstratable experience working in a challenging quality and customer focused FMCG environment is advantageous.Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma or manufacturing excellence is beneficial for proactive structured problem evaluation and solving.We offer a highly competitive rewards and benefits package including salary, pension, product allowance, 6 months family leave regardless of gender and many more.
