Job Title: Quality Auditor (Construction)

Job Description: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Auditor to join our team. As a Quality Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our construction projects adhere to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ISO 9000 standards and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.



Responsibilities:




  • Conduct regular audits of construction processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards.

  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance quality control measures.

  • Collaborate with project managers and site teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.

  • Document audit findings, observations, and recommendations in detailed reports.

  • Review supplier and subcontractor quality assurance documentation to ensure alignment with project requirements.

  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote quality awareness among project stakeholders.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in quality management.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Proven experience working as a Quality Auditor in the construction industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and quality management systems.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.

  • Certification in quality auditing (e.g., CQA) is preferred.

  • Ability to travel to project sites as required.
