Job DescriptionLead QA Analyst £50-65k + Benefits + Hybrid working optionsA great opportunity for a QA Lead or Senior QA Engineer to join a business implementing modern test processes and automation. The company have offices in the Midlands and deliver digital product and services customers in the UK, this role would spearhead their focus on improving their QA / Test function. The Lead QA Analyst will focus on improving the companies Quality Assurance processes, Automation and use of relevant tools. You will remain hands-on and have the opportunity to develop the test plan and QA strategy alongside the Product and Architecture teams.The company offer home working options with a preference for 1-2 days in the office per week. Offices are commutable from Birmingham, Coventry and Rugby areas.Essential Skills and Experience:3 years+ commercial experience testing SaaS applicationsCommercial automation testing experience – Selenium, Browserstack, Cypress or similar Commercial experience creating Test Plans and leading projects Experience of working in Agile teamsStart up or scale up environment experience is desirable Experience with Azure DevOps is desirable All candidates applying must be eligible to work in the UK, and be based in the UK.
