Quality Assurance Technician

We're seeking a highly motivated Quality Assurance Technician to join our expanding product development team. You'll be responsible for overseeing the quality and compliance of our products throughout the entire development lifecycle.
What You'll Do:
Manage our in-house testing facility and ensure products undergo thorough testing.
Lead efforts to ensure global regulatory compliance (e.g., CE, UKCA, RoHS, REACH, Prop 65).
Oversee the development and execution of test plans, procedures, and reports.
Collaborate with Quality and Design teams to create and own product test specifications.
Maintain and calibrate in-house testing equipment.
Participate in product risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential issues.
Assist the Quality Manager with product compliance documentation.
