Job Description:
The brand are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join their luxury fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products meet the highest standards expected by our discerning clientele. The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with various departments, including design and production to maintain consistency and excellence in all aspects of their products.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure product quality meets brand standards
Conduct regular inspections and audits of products at various stages of production
Collaborate with design and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and product returns to identify areas for improvement
Work with suppliers and vendors to maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain
Train and educate staff on quality control processes and procedures
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in quality assurance
Qualifications:
Proven experience in quality assurance within the fashion industry
Strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
