Click Here Our client is recruiting for a part time Quality Assurance Officer, based at our offices in Knowsley Road, Bootle.Job Title: Quality Assurance OfficerHours of Work: 21 hours per week (part time)Salary: £25,500 to £28,500 (dependent on experience / pro rata)Closing Date: Friday 14th July at 5 pmA little about the role...To provide high quality performance data analysis / quality assurance support to the Board of Trustees, Chief Executive and Head of Operations, significantly contributing to efficient, effective and outcomes-focused service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesTo develop a comprehensive Quality Assurance system, enhancing understanding of the impact of the companies services for victims / survivors of domestic abuse in Sefton.To develop, and utilise, an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the the companies OASIS case management / statistical reporting system.To provide group / individual support to the companies staff in regard to enhancing use of OASIS in case management record-keeping.To develop best practice strategies for service performance improvement and effective impact analysis, working with staff to implement recommendations.To provide the Chief Executive and Board with regular monitoring and quality assurance -related reports and contribute to organisational reflective practice.To provide / present relevant operational data to staff to support organisational learning and service delivery quality.To support the CEO / Head of Operations in undertaking purposeful, proportionate, and meaningful internal performance audits, contributing to best practise in domestic abuse support services.To work closely with Sefton MBC, the Sefton Partnership, and other funders, in sharing the companies services data / impact analysis.To work with the Chief Executive and other key staff to positively utilise existing / new partnership relationships to enhance service quality and performance.To identify (own) learning development and training needs and agree with the Chief Executive appropriate learning development activities to be undertaken.To maintain an awareness of the companies operating environment, including legislative developments, social trends and local issues likely to impact on future service development.To effectively represent the company at external events and meetings.To promote the interests of the organisation at all times.Other similar duties may be allocated from time to time, appropriate to the general character of the post.Other similar duties may be allocated from time to time, appropriate to the general character of the post.To apply: For an application form and personal specification details contact ##### AddressSefton@WorkFREEPOST NAT19351BootleL20 3YYA 24 hour answer phone is available when the office is closed.Monday to Thursday 9.15am – 4.30pmFriday 9.15am – 4.00pmSouthport OfficeMonday to Thursday 9.15am – 4.30pm**** Closed FridaySaturday-Sunday CLOSED*Or try the chat facility on our Website.
