We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Managerto join our team in Corby.Tasks and responsibilities: To maximise the performance of the operation by direction, setting standards and auditing the operation on daily, weekly and monthly activities. Providing support, motivation, training and development of the workforce, executing against customer requirements and operational performance. With product safety and quality as the main drivers in this role, they will champion quality across the Bleckmann Amazon sites in the UK. To control all areas relative to product safety and quality in compliance with customer and legal requirements within the constraints of an agreed budget. Building customer confidence in the quality standards and processes which apply within the business.
