With over 19,000 staff conducting operations in more than 90 countries, Fortrea is transforming drug and device development for partners and patients across the globe.We are looking for a full time QA Manager to join our Quality Assurance EMEA team.Essential Job Duties:Ensure the consistent implementation, use and review of SOPsEscalate issues to management in a timely manner implementing appropriate solutions, including preventative actionsNegotiate with functional and operational internal stakeholders to improve quality and increase efficienciesAnalyse and interpret data in order to lead functional process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and effectiveness of Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance (RC&QA) processesLead and effectively manage constructive crucial interactions with clients or regulatory agenciesLead functional process improvement initiatives to drive efficiencies and effectiveness of Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance (RC&QA) processesInterpret applicable quality regulations/standards and create appropriate policies and proceduresEnsure Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance (RC&QA) management responsibilities, as indicated in applicable controlled documents, are followedPerform other duties, as assigned by managementMinimum Required:8 years in regulatory environment (experience in GXP roles)Experience & regulatory expertise of industry quality systems/standardsAbility to interpret applicable regulations/standardsExperience in leading process improvement initiativesAbility to communicate and negotiate internal stakeholders effectivelyRecommended Education:A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences preferred (or equivalent Life Science experience)Experience may be substituted for education.Fortrea is actively seeking motivated problem-solvers and creative thinkers who share our passion for overcoming barriers in clinical trials.
