Quality Assurance Engineer

We are currently looking for a QA� Engineer for a fabrication shop in South Tyneside.�

This is a permanent role in a well established company with a stable stream of long term work.

The role:

• Assist in maintenance of ISO1384 and BSEN1090 quality standards


• Manage welding procedures and certs for welders


• Liaise with third party inspectors and clients regarding quality


• Be the main point of contact for all the welding produced by the company


• Visual and dimensional checks and assistance when required

This role would suit someone with a�welding supervisor/QA Engineer�background in a fabrications environment.��

The salary is 35-40k on dayshift with life insurance etc as part of the overall package
