Quality Assurance Coordinator (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)
Our client, based in Aberdeen, is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the approval process for the company's network of approved centers and providing administrative support as needed.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in the use of MS Office and other Microsoft packages
- Understanding of the Oil and Gas industry
- Ability to deliver basic IT training and demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Excellent understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and processing expenses
- Experience in preparing budget forecasting and managing relevant budgets
Main Duties:
- Coordinate activities and manage calendars, including scheduling dates, travel, and paperwork for centers and consultants
- Plan initial visits and annual site visit schedules for approved organizations
- Maintain a working knowledge of the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) and adhere to ISO 9001 standards
- Administer invoicing and expense processing accurately and efficiently
- Implement the organization's QMS and ensure compliance with all relevant HSE requirements

- Salary: �26,000 - �29,000 per annum
