Due to growth, we’re pleased to be recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Assistant to join us here at the Jensten Group. Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, you will be working alongside another team member to ensure that compliance is at the forefront of what we do and our customers receive the best possible service. You will cultivate positive relationships and provide exceptional service, ensuring that you are on top of performance improvement, all quality metrics and operation improvements. You will ensure Insurance Consultants provide the very highest standards of customer service, in a compliant and quality way.This role can be offered on a completely remote basis within the UK and we are happy to consider both full time and part time applicants. The role Plan, organise and conduct file audits aligning to company procedure Provide appropriate feedback and reports to senior leaders and managers and compliance as necessary Suggest and implement remedial action at local level Highlight and escalate any potential errors, omissions, trends in a timely manner and provide appropriate recommendations with a robust plan to prevent any recurrent issues Maintain a record of the data collected from the audits into a file audit database Provide support and guidance to the business regarding compliance with best practice by staying abreast of regulatory developments, including the Consumer Duty, and ensure our complaints processes and procedures are aligned with the latest regulatory requirements Support the wider Retail Operations Team with projects to help drive strategic objectives as required. About youAs a Quality and Compliance Auditor within the Insurance or Professional Services sector, you will have knowledge and experience of FCA rules and regulations.
