to work for a Local Authority in the
Blackpool
area.

salary: £39,186 - £43,421 (depending on experience)

Roles and responsibilities:
To lead the Organisation and development of quality procedure manuals in order to develop a comprehensive quality approach to the services provided by the team.
To establish and maintain a programme of organisational and programme risk management, associated Quality Improvement objectives schedules and ensure all activities take place within the required timeframes.
To ensure that quality policies, processes and procedures are developed, updated and embedded in line with the requirements of the Services and its funders.
To complete and update regular quality reports to be presented to senior managers, governors and external auditors / Inspectors, to include Self-Assessment Report and Quality Improvement Plans.
To support quality, compliance, and inspection planning, ensuring that BACFL is prepared for any external audits, ensuring that business employment and integrated health support are maintaining standards and are ready for external audit.
