Based in Dyce this the company has an unrivalled portfolio of solutions during tevery stage of an asset’s lifecycle. They are currently looking to bring in a Quality Advisor to assist the QA department.
The Role
Report to the Quality Assurance & Sustainability Manager and work closely with all business lines within the UK to deliver improved HSEQ compliance, quality culture, process improvement and performance in line with our Integrated Management System, compliant to ISO 9001:#####, ISO 14001#####5, ISO 1702#####12, ISO 450#####018 & ISO 50#####2018 international standards, in line with company and client expectations.
Responsibilities
Quality
Support of regional HSEQ Management Systems including maintenance of IMS procedures to complete with current legislative standards.
Support business delivery of relevant HSEQ plans.
Support the business in review of health, safety and environmental legal registers.
Support business in the delivery of the company audit plans.
Support relevant systems for continuous improvement.
Support Management of Change database and reporting.
Promote company Quality Culture inclusive of Quality Management Principles to all business lines within the UK.
Customer Relations
Liaise with key stakeholder to produce HSEQ performance metrics relevant to Operational/Projects and internal and external stakeholder.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction performance reporting data.
HSEQ
Be aware of, and understand your HSEQ responsibilities relevant to your role, if unsure ask your Line Manager.
Work in partnership with HSEQ on any HSEQ matters.
Work in accordance with your departmental HSEQ Service Level Agreement (if in existence)
Understand and adhere to the Safer Togetherbehaviours.
Being the advocate for Life Saving Rules.
Requirements
With a good sense of humour.
A true team player.
CQI Diploma in Quality or equivalent (NVQ, Degree)
Auditing qualification (Lead preferred)
Significant level of experience, understanding and interpretation of UK Quality Management requirements covering but not limited to:ISO 9001:2015, ISO 1#####:2015, ISO 17020:2012, ISO 45001:2018 & ISO 50001:2018 international standards.
Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
Thorough oral, listening and written communication skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
Root Cause Analysis training.
Moderate level of experience in Quality role.
Experience of auditing – execution and receiving.
Experienced in Regulatory / external stakeholder liaison.
Hands on experience conducting audits and reporting.
Experienced working knowledge of Excel and SharePoint.
Good working knowledge of Power BI is preferred but not essential.

Renumeration and Hours
Salary- £38K+ DOE
Hours- 40 Hours
Working Arrangements:hybrid working is available, 3 days a week working in the office is the minimum requirement.
