Role Overview:
As a qualified primary school teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of the Key Stage 2 pupils. You will inspire and motivate children aged 7 to 11, helping them develop essential skills, knowledge, and a lifelong passion for learning. Your creativity, dedication, and ability to differentiate instruction will contribute to the school’s success.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum, ensuring progression and challenge for all learners.
* Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to meet the diverse needs of our pupils.
* Organize and participate in extracurricular activities, school events, and parent-teacher meetings.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent (PGCE, SCITT, etc.).
* Experience teaching Key Stage 2 (Years 3 to 6) pupils is proffered but not essential
* Strong subject knowledge in English, mathematics, and science.
* Excellent communication skills and a passion for inspiring young minds.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
