Qualified Social Worker / Social Work Professional required to join a Adult Social Care Team
Hybrid working
Office base: Peterborough
£32ph16-25 Transition Team, complete children and families' assessments and Care Act assessments from referral stage, working with children and family and young people and their families - completing reviews and DOLS assessments.

Hybrid with 20% in the office. Hybrid expecting to be in the office at least 2 days a week, to attend team meetings in person and to be in the office on duty days.

To be considered, it is essential that you have a recognised Social Work qualification (Social Work Degree or Diploma in Social Work) and full Social Work England registration as well as recent or significant relevant experience in a similar role.
