Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Class Teacher with a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join the�team in September 2024. The successful candidate will inspire and engage�pupils, foster a love for learning�and contribute to the nurturing and development of the�school community.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of all students, ensuring progression and achievement.

  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, resilience, and a passion for learning.

  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support individual growth and development.

  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to enhance the educational experience and welfare of our pupils.

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school through participation in extracurricular activities, school events, and professional development opportunities.



Requirements:




  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant teaching experience, preferably within a primary school setting.

  • A strong understanding of the primary curriculum, with the ability to deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across key stages.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

  • A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the school community.

  • A reflective and proactive approach to professional development, with a willingness to contribute to the ongoing improvement of teaching and learning practices.
