We're looking for a dynamic individual to provide comprehensive support across Safety, Health, Environment, Quality, and Sustainability.This role would suit individuals who possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Candidates should thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a commitment to upholding SHEQ&S standards.Key Responsibilities:Conduct SHEQ&S audits and inspections for both on-site and field-based operations.Develop and maintain SHEQ&S documentation, such as Life-Time Quality Records (LTQRs), and FMEAs.Auditing and maintaining the IMS/QMS to ISO 9001 & ISO 19443.Deliver internal SHEQ&S training sessions.Value Stream MappingRoot Cause Analysis / Investigations.Continuous Improvement using LEAN principles.Offer guidance on supplier and contractor evaluation and audits.Support regulatory and third-party audits.Requirements: Proven QSHE / SHEQ experience within highly regulated sector (Nuclear preferred).Excellent Quality Assurance knowledge (LTQRs, FMEAs, RCA, ISO 9001).NEBOSH and/or IOSH certified.ISO Lead Auditor or Internal Auditor preferred. Salary: £45k - £50k (dependent on experience) Location: Remote (UK wide) - Head office in Cumbria (some travel to this site expected).
