Our client operates within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, focusing on non-food products. Due to expansion, they are seeking a QHSE Officer to join their team. As a QHSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their health, safety, environment, and quality standards.Main Duties and Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive operational support across all aspects of health, safety, environment, and quality.Work closely with the Production and QA departments to elevate and enforce QHSE standards.Compile, analyse, and report on accident and incident data, conducting thorough investigations as needed.Perform detailed QHSE audits, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.Prepare, collect, and review essential safety documentation from internal and external sources, including Safety Plans and Training Documents.Maintain and enhance the management system, encompassing all procedures, processes, safe systems of work, and risk assessments.The Ideal Candidate:A thorough understanding of current health and safety legislation.A confident, well-organised approach with a flexible, 'can-do' attitude.Exceptional attention to detail and strong team collaboration skills.Proficiency in IT.Previous experience in a similar role.Required Qualifications:Internal Auditor Certification.NEBOSH Certificate.Additional Information:This position requires own transport.
