They’re actively seeking an experienced Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) Manager.This pivotal role involves overseeing the department across a diverse range of offshore projects. It’s a permanent staff role based in Kingston-Upon-Thames, 3 days per week in the office, 2 from home.Key Responsibilities: QHSE Manager- Develop and implement advanced QHSE Management Systems.- Coordinate QHSE personnel for optimal performance.- Ensure compliance with regulations, driving continuous improvement.- Support Bid Management for project success.- Conduct impactful internal QHSE audits.- Drive excellence by allocating resources effectively.- Lead incident investigations and propose improvements.Key Requirements: QHSE Manager- Proven offshore industry experience.- HSE is more important than Quality.- In-depth knowledge of Quality, Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) regulations.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.Company InformationAt First Recruitment Group we understand just how important it is to secure the right people.
