Job Description:
As the QHSE Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and improving our quality, health, safety, and environmental standards across the organization. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing QHSE policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE policies and procedures.

Monitor and report on key QHSE performance indicators.

Conduct risk assessments and implement strategies to minimize risks.

Lead investigations and root cause analyses for incidents and accidents.

Coordinate and participate in audits and inspections.

Conduct QHSE training and awareness programs for employees.

Stay current with relevant legislation and industry standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive a culture of safety and quality.
Requirements:
Proven experience in QHSE management in the manufacturing industry.

Knowledge of relevant QHSE legislation, regulations, and best practices.

Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to drive change and promote a culture of safety and quality.

Relevant QHSE certifications or qualifications (NEBOSH preferred)
