QHSE Advisor

A great opportunity has arisen for a Safety, Quality & Environment Professional to join an established and successful organisation based in North Yorkshire. This is a permanent position with a fantastic organisation , offering competitive salary & excellent benefits
In this role you will be responsible for: Ensuring the business has and is adhering to all H&S requirements and all quality standardsEnsuring performance is achieved against deadlines/KPIs, highlighting any potential issuesMaintaining knowledge of all UK HSE legislation and industry standardsSupport in the development & delivery of QHSE training for employeesConducting Quality and HSE internal audits and inspectionsConducting incident investigations and raise and investigate internal non-conformances The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the manufacturing or engineering sector, ideally from in a process driven production environment. You should have NEBOSH General certificate with 2-3 years H&S experience orbe willing to work towards this and a Lead Auditor qualification . You should also have knowledge of relevant QHSE regulations and standards. Strong problem solving and data analysis skills are also essential and you must be able to read Technical Drawings
This role offers a salary £45,000 and is easily commutable from York, Malton, Pickering, Thirsk, Scarborough and surrounding areas
