P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our clients, who are currently seeking a QHSE Advisor to join their team based in Norwich on a full time, permanent basis.





Role Summary:



The QHSE Coordinator supports for the monitoring and reporting of Group Integrated Management System (IMS) as per relevant ISO standards, participating as QHSE advisory as per in-force law requirements and led by the principles of best practices within the relevant Industry (renewables, oil & gas) for the role. Supports for the project QHSE duties on the assigned project.





Main Responsibilities:



Group:



Support on Group IMS maintenance and performance recording/reporting.



Support on Group QHSE annual budget recording/reporting.



Support on periodical Group QHSE statistical recording/reporting.



Support on Group QHSE assessment planning, recording/reporting.



Support on Group personnel QHSE training/induction planning, recording/reporting.



Support the QHSE Manager in QHSE events recording/reporting.



Support the QHSE Manager in Group QHSE objectives and targets recording/reporting.



Support the QHSE Manager with Bids & Customers requests prior to an award.



Support the QHSE Manager in the Group processes, procedures and plans recording/reporting.



Support the QHSE Manager in the QHSE Group processes, procedures and plans recording/reporting.



Project:



Support on project IMS establishment, maintenance and performance recoding/reporting.



Support on project QHSE statistics recording/reporting.



Support on project QHSE assessment planning, recording/reporting.



Support on project personnel QHSE training/induction planning, recording/reporting.



Support in ensuring that project personnel are working according to the project QHSE requirements.



Support on the project QHSE events recording/reporting.



Support on the project QHSE objectives and targets recording/reporting.



Support on the project processes, procedures and plans recording/reporting.





Qualifications and Experience:



Diploma or equivalent qualification in QHSE discipline or technical subject.



1 years of experience in the reference markets (Renewables, Oil & Gas, etc.).



Internal auditor qualification, ISO 19011.



Knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 requirements.



Good written and oral communication skills (Italian & English).



Sufficient IT skills, with the ability to use Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.).



ASPP qualified or NEBOSH equivalent (Desired).
