QA Tester

Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are working with a specialist provider of integrated customer relationship management and digital solutions. Our client provides a fully integrated solution with functionality including online member self-service, campaign management, and additional modules including membership management, financial management and much more.THE BASICS:As theQA Tester, you will help investigate any issues in our clients’ test and development environments as well as assisting in the triage process including weekly review of issues etc. During your time in this role, you will design and write programs that run automated tests on new or existing software.This is a new position within our clients’ office so we’re looking for someone who is willing to assist in setting up the Quality Assurance function utilising your preferred ways of working and bringing your unique ways of testing to the table.This role will require you to collaborate with our clients’ consultants, software developers and other key stakeholders to review business and technical requirements and prepare test cases, with a particular focus on functional, UX and regression testing across CRMs and digital projects.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:In this role, you’ll be required to initially build the QA / software testing capability within our clients’ organisation along with conducting manual and automated tests in accordance with their current test plans including analysing results and preparing recommendations for remediation where required.QA Testers who are confident in writing test plans, creating use cases and carrying out acceptance testing in accordance with our clients recommended approach will be of high interest.Your role will consist of designing and writing automated test scripts using test automation frameworks, as well as investigating any issues in our clients’ software, you’ll be working with developers to provide fixes and further regression testing.
