They offer a wide range of benefits including private healthcare, hybrid working – 2 days per week in the office, flexible hours and a tailored PDP and career plan.As part of their continued growth they’re seeking to bring in a QA Test Engineer to ensure products work perfectly before global launches.The Role• Perform thorough testing of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across Shopify storefronts.• Execute test cases and scenarios to identify and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers/owners to ensure alignment on requirements and expectations.• Conduct testing across various browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and responsiveness is matched.• Document test results, issues, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively.• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices within the team.About You• 12months + experience in Quality Assurance testing, preferably in an e-commerce or Shopify environment• Proficiency in testing methodologies, test case creation, and defect tracking.• Familiarity with Shopify platform and its ecosystem, including themes, apps, and integrations.• Experience with design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate, and communicate issues effectively.• Experience testing on multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and devices (desktop, mobile, tablet).• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Nice to Have• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.• Experience with subscription platforms such as ReCharge or OrderGroove.• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.• Experience using AB testing software.Benefits• Opportunity for training and career development• Hybrid-working (2 days in office and 3 days working from home)• Performance related bonus• Wellbeing support• Private healthcareThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast paced high growth business with tech becoming the heart of all they do.For full details please apply with your latest CV
