A QA/QC Engineer role is pivotal in upholding quality standards and compliance within manufacturing environments. Responsible for inspections and documentation review, this position fosters a culture of operational satisfaction and adherence to project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Project Quality plan and Inspection Test plan is written in-line with the project requirements.
  • Review all LTRs / LTQRs (Life-Time Quality Records) and final certification packages.
  • Ensure all weld procedures comply with relevant codes.
  • Review Non-conformance reports (NCRs).
  • Final review of all fabrication and assembly documentation.
  • Collate and update SQEP files.
  • Conduct audits on the Quality Management System (QMS).

Requirements:

  • CSWIP 3.1 certified is essential.
  • Experience within Nuclear or MOD highly advantageous.
  • Experience with Life-Time Quality Records (LTQRs)


Pay Rate: �28 - �33 per hour PAYE (dependent on experience).
3-4 month PAYE Contract
Location: Chester
