You will lead and support the quality control team, check product quality on the factory floor, and play a crucial role in ensuring a high standard of site hygiene and housekeeping.Responsibilities
* Lead and support the quality control team.
* Supervise and ensure food safety and hygiene protocols are followed by all personnel on the factory floor.
* Ensure all paperwork related to HACCP or food safety procedures are accurately completed.
* Check product quality frequently on the factory floor.
* Maintain a high standard of site hygiene and housekeeping.
* Issue and collect daily quality documentation.
* Develop a culture that values and nurtures continuous improvement.Requirements
* Experience working as a QA Manager within food manufacturing.
* A keen emphasis on hygiene and housekeeping.
* Effective organisational and time management skills.
