QA Automation Tester

QA Automation Tester – 6 Months Contract (Extension Available) - Fully Remote – UK – Inside IR35
We are actively seeking a proficient QA Automation Tester to join our client on a remote basis. If you have a strong background in automated testing, with expertise in Bootloader/Device Test Automation and proficiency in C and Python, this role is for you.
QA Automation Tester Requirements:
Previous experience in QA Automation testing or similar role.
Strong proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks.
Bootloader/Device Test Automation experience is highly desirable.
Solid programming skills in C and Python.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
QA Automation Tester Responsibilities:
Develop and execute automated test scripts to verify software functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure test coverage and understand project requirements.
Conduct regression testing, smoke testing, and system integration testing.
Identify and report software defects with detailed steps to reproduce.
Work closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
