I am hiring for London's fastest growing hedge fund, that are a trailblazing research and technology firm shaping the landscape of data-driven decision-making in the financial realm. As they expand their horizons, they're seeking a talented Python Developer to join their ranks. The role provides the opportunity to learn various aspects of the financial business functions including booking, clearing, risk, accounting and compliance, building entirely greenfield systems from the ground up.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
3-8 years of professional experience as a Python Developer, with a focus on finance or trading.
Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks.
Solid understanding of post-trade processes and workflows within the financial industry (trade capture/ treasury/ compliance/ risk/ PnL/ RegTech).
Experience with database technologies such as SQL or NoSQL.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
