The Company

This organisation is all about indulgent treats; their bakery goods go worldwide to retail, e-commerce and wholesale customers.

Their current site is 4000SqFt and they are locating to a much larger site later this year in the same area.

The Role

As the new Purchasing & Supply Chain Manager you will have full responsibility for your administrator and developing a strong Supply Chain team. Your varied duties will include (but are not limited to)

• Manage the ERP system (Unleashed Software), maintaining accurate products/prices/codes/stock levels.


• Sustainable procurement of all raw materials & packaging. Negotiating best pricing & terms. In time for production.


• Demand planning and forecasting.


• National & International supplier management

Your Skills & Experience

To be considered for this opportunity you will need.

• A background in food manufacturing (ideally bakery)


• Proven experience in purchasing & supply chain management.


• Expert in demand planning & forecasting


• Knowledge of warehousing and 3PL’s

Data-driven, able to manage complex supply chain data and make informed decisions
