Our client, an industry leading and well respected engineering business, seek to appoint an experienced purchasing manager. As Purchasing Manager you will understand engineering and have previous experience working for a manufacturing / R&D focused business with experience of technical buying. You will be responsible for managing and controlling the purchase of goods, materials and services for individual projects throughout the company, co-ordinating with the Project Managers, Material Controllers and Manufacturing teams. In this role you will lead a team of buyers and expeditors in their day to day activities.
