Purchasing Executive

Recruit4staff are proud to be representing their client, an established Manufacturing business in their search for an experienced Purchasing Executive to work in their offices in Holywell.
For the successful Purchasing Executive our client is offering:
Salary up to £32,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 0800 - 1700
Permanent

The role - Purchasing Executive :
Responsible for supporting the service manager with new orders for manufactured machines to specification
Monitor & maintain Stock Levels and available raw materials
Purchasing stock, services, and equipment
Maintain strong relationships with all vendors.
Stock & Raw Material forecasting requirements
Monitor Supplier Performance & Quality Issues
Creating new product codes when introducing new items and managing the Bill of Materials; a centralised log of the cost of materials for manufacture
Adding all product information on systems and providing product specifications
Maintain accurate information on the stock system for the sales office and customers.
Provide service to customers with full updates to manufacturing processes and forecasted delivery . installation dates
What our client is looking for in a Purchasing Executive
Previous experience in a purchasing, planning role from a manufacturing / raw material environment - ESSENTIAL
Sage 200 - DESIREABLE
Ability to read technical drawings - DESIRABLE
