Description

• Coordinates with manager to monitor inventory and determine supply needs.
• Communication skills used to builds and maintain relationships with suppliers.
• Help prepare weekly / monthly statistics and reporting.
• Ensuring stock accuracy on ERP, involvement in stock cycle counts including systems maintenance and reporting.
• Work in accordance with the quality system and processes of the company.
• Coordinates with fellow team members, managers, and directors.
• Supporting and processing PO's for and on behalf of suppliers.
• Assists with OTIF (on time delivery in full).
• Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Goals and Objectives (G&O).
• Adhere to the company's health and safety requirements and complete training as required.

Profile

• To be successful in this Purchasing Analyst - Derbyshire role you will have:
• Experience within manufacturing environment is advantageous
• Experience of SAP is essential
• Experience at intermediate level of Excel is essential
• Experience in a Purchasing environment is advantageous
