Our busy Sales & Distribution client in the Dungannon area require a Purchasing Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent, full time office based position and the salary is negotiable.They require a pleasant, outgoing,and self-motivated person to fill the above vacancy in their fast-paced office.Duties will include: Supplier Purchasing Order processing Warranty Answer and direct phone calls Computer inputting Maintain filing systems Paperwork administration Document editing and proofing Provide general support to other members of the admin teamThe Candidate must have the following: A minimum of 5 GCSE grade C & above including Maths and English (Or Equivalent) An excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word and Office Knowledge of sage, workpal or equivalent . 2 – 3 years’ experience in a similar role Good communication skills, written and verbal Good organisational and time management skills Discretion Accuracy and good attention to detail A flexible attitude to their job as periodically, strict deadlines need to be met A pleasant and professional attitude to customers and colleaguesTo find out more about this Purchasing Administrator position please contact Eunice Loughran on 028 87440033 or email #####
