Purchasing Administrator required by industry leading engineering company, which is busy and growing. The successful Purchasing Administrator will be responsible for providing administration support to the company buyers and liaising with suppliers.
Main Duties – Purchasing Administrator
Placing orders with suppliers.
Requesting updates on orders.
Chasing overdue orders and updating delivery dates.
Escalating delays to the procurement team.
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:- Purchasing Administrator
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong administration skills.
Analytical with an aptitude for figures.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office particularly Excel.
If you are already a Purchasing Coordinator, Procurement Administrator, Administrator, you may also be suitable for this role.
