Purchase Office Administrator

£24k to £27k DOE
Mon - Thurs: 8.30am - 5.30pm and Friday 8.30am - 12.30pm
Prestige Recruitment Specialists have the privelige to work alongside Coachman Caravans in supporting their Business needs and we are offering an opportunity to work within the Purchasing team.
The ideal candidate will possess good aministration skills. Have the ability to multi-task and work in a cross-functional office environment whilst applying attention to detail. An excellent telephone manner and a professional attitude towards work. Purchasing/procurement experience preferred.
This is a full time/permanent position and benefits from company pension/life insurance schemes, onsite parking, competitive salary as well as an annual bonus scheme.
Main duties include but are not restricted to:
Component material administration/processing using MRP
Maintaining supplier relationships,
Sourcing of and procurement of non-strategic products.
General systems maintenance within our ERP software system
Dealing with purchasing related invoice queries.
