Our client, a busy franchised car dealership in Peterborough are looking for an experienced motor trade Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their Accounts team on a short-term temporary basis.

Purchase Ledger Clerk Responsibilities

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk, your responsibilities will include:

Raising and processing payments for suppliers
Registering and processing invoices
Inputting data and/or information onto the system
Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of administration processes to achieve company benchmarks
Planning ahead to ensure all tasks are achieved within specific time frames
Ensuring the correct actions are taken to comply with Group benchmarks
Consistently achieving a high standard of ledger maintenance to ensure accurate information is always available

Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Essential Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years Purchase Ledger experience. Permanent option is available

Desirable Requirements:

Kerridge experience

Remuneration & Benefits:
£13.50 - £15 Per Hour DOE
Immediate Start
Weekly Pay

Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday
