Page Personnel are currently partnering with a leading FMCG business, based in Deeside, who are looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all areas of the accounts payable process

Description

The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:

  • Matching, batching, and coding purchase invoices
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Resolving supplier queries
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Managing expenses

Profile

The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • A proven track record within a busy accounts payable environment
  • AAT L2 or above (desirable)
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems and databases.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
