Elevation Recruitment Group are excited to be recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk for a growing company based in Leeds. This role is joining a well-established finance team, who are now looking for a committed and experienced member to come in and hit the ground running. This position will cover all aspects of Purchase Ledger and offers some fantastic benefits!  

Key responsibilities:


  • Inputting purchase invoices
  • Purchase order matching, ensuring all queries are resolved in time
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Answering supplier queries timely and ensuring a clean and organised AP Mailbox is maintained at all times.
  • Supporting all other teams within accounts as and when required

To be successful considered for this role, you will bring the following experience / skills:


  • Attention to detail in a fast-paced, challenging environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Previous Purchase Ledger experience 
  • SAGE / Dynamics experience preferred (not essential)

Hours are flexible between 7:30am - 4:30pm, with either full or part time considered. Please note, this is an office based, permanent role.
