Job Description
A Media Production company based in London are looking for a Purchase Ledger to join their team on a part time basis of 4 days per week.
This is a great opportunity to join the finance team of a growing business to support the Purchase Ledger Manager with payment runs and purchase ledger management while working in a fast paced environment.
Reporting into the Purchase Ledger Manager your duties will include but are not limited to:
Assist in uploading credit and debit card statements for reconciliation
Processing invoices
Assisting with payment runs and urgent payments
Matching invoices to purchase orders
Setting up new suppliers
Processing a large volume of expense claims
Maintaining the purchase order list
Support the Purchase Ledger audit
Prioritise the purchase ledger tasks at month end and busy periods
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, you will ideally have an interest in the Media industry!
