Purchase Ledger Assistant  



Start Date: ASAP



Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire



Duration: 1 -2 months, temporary



Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm with 1-hour unpaid break



Salary: Negotiable DOE



Are you confident with numbers and have strong administration skills? Do you have an interest in finance and a willingness to learn? You will work in a small team of friendly colleagues providing administrative support to the purchase ledger process.

Requirements




  • Excellent numerical skills and use of MS Excel would be an advantage

  • Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written

  • Strong IT skills

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • A willingness to solve problems and support customers



Duties:




  • Solve any customer account queries make sure they are resolved in a timely manner

  • Keep the system updated with contact details and new/amended or deleted accounts

  • Assisting with processing outstanding purchase ledger

  • Assisting with general administration in the office , answering telephone calls , emails
