Our focus is on talent management, influencer marketing, content creation, media relations, and prestigious campaigns, helping talent and brands boost their profiles through powerful online and social media presence.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Publicist at All Star Entertainment Group. The Talent Publicist will be responsible for managing press releases, communication, media relations, public relations, and publicity. They will work closely with our exclusive talent to enhance their profiles, coordinate media opportunities, and create impactful campaigns. The Talent Publicist will play a vital role in developing and maintaining relationships with media outlets, coordinating interviews, and maximizing exposure for our clients.QualificationsStrong skills in Press Releases, Public Relations, and PublicityExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in media relations and coordinationAbility to create compelling content and messagingKnowledge of influencer marketing and social media platformsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related fieldExperience in the entertainment industry is a plusExpected Start Date: As soon as possibleJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Subject to experience Schedule:• Monday to Friday between 9:30 am to 5:30 pm• Office-based role with the opportunity to be out in the fieldLocation: All-Star Entertainment Group HQ – 106 - 110 High Street, Ingatestone, Essex CM4 0BAAnnual Leave: 28 Days plus Bank Holidays (the team will use some days for the Christmas Closure Period)Other Perks: Employee pension, company phone, discount scheme, work-related expense coverageConnections & Transport Links: Great Eastern Trainline, 30 minutes from Liverpool Street, 20 Minutes from Stratford.
