. Sales rep did 211% quota last quarter, making £100k in commission alone
· Grown by at least 30% year on year for the past 3 years
· Reputation for technical excellence - Have 5 of the 100 Master Architects globally
· Strong infrastructure in place but still has a focus on having a start-up feel
Multi-award winning, Elite-level Service Now partner – recognised and accredited for their specialism in the ITSM, Customer Service Management, Platform App Engine & Manged Services spaces. Coming to market looking for their next big hitter to lead the way in Public Sector.
The role
· Chance to head up a new and growing division
· Want to grow a team around this person
· Pure new business focus
· A service that provides a rapid ROI
· Expanding to new heights after year-on-year success
· Average deal size £100-£200k
. Targets: £600-£800k margin, £1.4-£1.6m revenue
. Someone in the team closed a £500k deal with one account last quarter
· Up to £100k-£120k base, 240k OTE
· Fully remote
Requirements
· Must have experience in the ServiceNow ecosystem/ITSM space
· Strong understanding of the Public Sector
· Track record of winning deals in local and central government ideal
. Still love the thrill of winning and closing new business – bringing new logos into the company
· Bonus if have experience selling IT Service Management or Enterprise level software
· Sold at an enterprise level to Heads of IT/Senior IT Directors
· Technically minded
· Relaxed but focused approach
