Public Relations Account Director

PR Account Director, Lancashire, Up to £50,000 DOE
A fast-growing B2B Marketing and Communications agency is looking for a commercially focused PR Account Director to help grow their business through developing the work they do for their existing impressive client portfolio.
This is a brand-new role, created to strengthen their offering at a senior level.
About you
You’ll be an experienced PR and comms professional – skilled in creating content and press releases and able to amplify stories through powerful media relations. We’re looking for someone with a minimum of five years’ experience, and you must have experience of working agency-side.
You’ll be highly creative and able to lead ideation sessions with clients and transform ideas into effective PR and Marketing plans with purpose.
You’ll have a commercial outlook and be able to proactively seek out opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients. You’ll also be comfortable working on new business and contributing to pitches.
