We are now looking for an Account Director to join our PR team.

What will you be doing?
You will oversee day to day management and development of client accounts, contributing to strategic planning of campaigns, growing client relationships and feeding into the budgeting process. You contribute to the overall development of the agency, assisting the senior team in identifying and securing new business opportunities. Part of your role will be to nurture and mentor junior staff to help them develop and overcome challenges; demonstrate our culture and values at all times. You will keep abreast of the latest industry, media and social media developments and be responsible for supporting your clients’ business requirements.
Account management
- leading on accounts, from setting up effective teams and process, to ensuring that we are delivering exceptional results.
Media relations -
Drafting and reviewing copy, leading key media outreach and training your teams on what good looks like. Making and keeping journalist relationships and leading the team to help them do the same.
Client handling
– Key point of contact for clients, supporting strategic objectives and acting as a consultant to retain and grow accounts
Creative / presentation / new business -
play a significant role in proposals and pitches, from conception through to onboarding
Management
- you will be line managing individuals as well as leading client teams - supporting, developing and nurturing talent in the business.
