A proven track record of managing a high volume
Recruiting, training, and motivating your team to provide outstanding service to every guest
Ensuring your team and customers are satisfied
Monitoring departmental sales targets and ensuring they are met
Operating within GP targets and ensuring faultless standards
Day to day running of a busy food operation
