Pay Rate: £15.25 per hour PAYE
Hours per week: 21 Monday – Wednesday, normal working hours

The role of a service officer is to provide front-line housing management service to residents in a sheltered accommodation. The successful candidate will
oversee building safety, tenancies queries including viewings, settling in new residents and sign ups and completing fire risk assessments.
