Job Description

Are you an experienced HCPC registered psychologist looking for an exciting new permanent position? We're working with an outstanding private client in Preston who are seeking a qualified psychologist for a part time role.

You will provide specialist interventions to often complex and challenging patients with a range of mental health presentations.

Working across the eating disorder and acute wards, this role will involve the development, delivery and evaluation of psychological treatment using a person-centred approach to assist our patients in achieving their positive life goals and optimum level of functioning.

Requirements to independently facilitate 1 to 1 sessions for all patients on a weekly basis, ideally with experience of eating disorders.

This is a varied role, involving direct and indirect clinical work, MDT decision making, staff training and supervision.
