Location: Stockport (Hybrid Working)Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE + Generous Bonus + BenefitsJob Type: Full-time - We are looking for a Protection Advisor who is passionate about providing exceptional service and advice to customers. Maybe you're a Protection Advisor with a Brokerage, or perhaps with an Insurer - either way we'd love to hear from you. This position involves telephone interaction with both personal and business customers, offering a quality customer journey and expert advice on a range of protection products, You won't have to worry about generating leads here, all leads are inbound - this can be avery fast paced role! - What will you be doing?
Deliver exceptional service and advice over the telephone to customers, advising on protection products such as Life Insurance, Income Protection and Critical Illness Cover etcDocument all aspects of advice provided, ensuring quality and thoroughness in every customer interactionMaintain proactive knowledge of financial services and drive personal performance with our supportEnsure compliance with FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provisionManage time effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs - About you:
Experienced with offering advice on Protection products (Life insurance, Income Protection, Critical Illness Cover etc)Passionate about Protection, and offering great customer service to clientsDecent time management and organisation when things get busyComfortable working towards reasonable targets and KPIs - Benefits:
