As Propositions Manager you will join the Customer Marketing team with the aim of growing digital subscriptions and revenue. The role will be a mix of strategy and execution and stakeholder management.

Description
- Deliver strategy for propositions to drive subscriber and revenue growth
- Work with insight and data team to support decision making for product portfolios
- Work with wider commercial teams to support new propositions and manage the delivery of these
- Influencing stakeholders and work cross functionally to implement propositions
- Monitor and communicate the performance of propositions to the wider business, and propose innovative ways to continue to optimise ROI
- Manage and support the development of the Propositions Executive to drive the performance of the Propositions team.
Profile
- Previous experience in a propositions team, ideally in the publishing space
- Demonstrable analytical skills and ability to use data and research to identify trends and opportunities to define, develop and optimise customer-facing propositions.
- A proven track record leading and executing projects, working cross-functionally with teams various teams
